Take these measurements with arms straight and muscles relaxed:

1 - Measure the circumference of your forearm just below your elbow
2 - Measure the lower part of your biceps just above your elbow

If you fall between two sizes, we recommend you take the smaller one.

If you're not sure, send us a DM on instagram at @sbd_france.

We recommend that you hand wash your elbow pads with water or a mild detergent compatible with neoprene
and then let them air dry.

The washing machine and dryer can damage your elbow pads and cause potential shrinkage.
